“the philosophy”  As a lifelong resident of Litchfield County, Kristine Girardin Newell has become one of the area’s most successful real estate brokers.  Clients describe her as hard working, honest, and with the perfect combination of being low pressure and yet aggressive at all-the-right-times.   A ten year veteran, and one of the youngest among her peers, Kristine uses all the technology of email, text, iphone, iMac, facebook, and more to stay connected to real estate 24hrs a day.  A self described workaholic, Kristine will make sure that you never lose out on a good deal.

BIO


Kristine is a native of Litchfield County, Connecticut with strong family ties to the local community.  She attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and prior to real estate, was employed in broadcast television by a major network affiliate. After spearheading a campaign to help residents with contaminated drinking wells gain access to public water, Kristine was urged into real estate by a long time Broker. 



Kristine has attended numerous luxury real estate conferences in Manhattan and Beverly Hills, as well as the National Association of Realtors Conference in San Francisco.  Kristine has been quoted in USA Today, CNN, ABC.COM, The Boston Globe, and other impressive international media circuits.

Kristine was recently honored by the Litchfield Board of Realtors for ten years of service as a licensed REALTOR.  She is also a member of the Connecticut and Fairfield County Multiple Listing Service, The Connecticut Association of Realtors, and a licensed Real Estate Broker.  Kristine currently is affiliated with Sotheby’s Litchfield Hills International Realty.
